Our Roastery is the place where sourcing, roasting, and extraction come together without compromise. We don’t just serve coffee, we guide its full transformation, maintaining clarity and transparency from the  bean to the cup.

Coffee Selection

Our process begins with direct-trade relationships. We select only specialty-grade green beans, focusing on unique micro-lots where the soil chemistry and elevation create a defined sensory profile.

THERMAL CALIBRATION

Here, we roast on a Loring Smart Roaster, a system engineered for precision, efficiency, and exceptional consistency. Its advanced airflow and heat recirculation allow us to roast with remarkable control while reducing environmental impact.

Through small-batch, profile-driven roasting, our roastmasters fine-tune temperature and airflow,  in real time ,unlocking clarity, balance, and the full expression of each coffee’s natural sweetness, origin, and character.

EXTRACTION

The final stage is immediate by design. By integrating production with our Coffee Bar, we eliminate distance between roast and cup, ensuring peak freshness and full expression. Every extraction is precise, calibrated, and intentional.
